Senior Year vs Senior Year Ive been on the heavier side pretty much all my life and thats probably because I ate alot when I was stress or depressed. Food was my comfort but then I said Enough. I was sick and tired of being unhappy with how I looked and started to change how I ate, exercise and also changed how I viewed myself. It's been a tough road but I'm killing it! I am getting stronger and healthier physically and mentally everyday. Nothing can stop me now 👊
The decision to go Vegan I would say is an accomplishment for some. It takes hard work, will power, research & knowledge. The fact that a vegan diet bands animal and dairy products and relies strictly on plant-based foods for nourishment, will take a lot of careful planning and managing.👓👓👓 One can get a lot of needed nutrients from plant-based foods...but what's the relationship with vegans and hair loss?
