It's a hard lesson for me to learn but I'm slowly getting better at slowing down and resting my body.
I used to feel guilty if I sat down without either having my computer in front if me and doing some work or prepping for the next day...
I'm very good at being busy and always find it really easy to fill my diary.
Unfortunately my body has screamed at me to slow down lately.
AND I'm listening!
Because this is the only body I've got!
If I'm not looking after myself how can I look after my kids?
When I don't slow down I fall, its happened before and I will be very disappointed in myself if it starts to happen again.
Are u listening to your body? What is is it asking u to do? What does it need from you?
