I completely went out of my comfort zone with these pictures but I wanted to try something new!
I told myself if I didn't feel comfortable enough I could just keep them for myself but after today when I saw the transformation I had to share!! These pictures are a month apart and holy moly the changes!! In the last month I have:
🔹Lost 7 pounds
🔸Lost 3 inches in my waist
🔹Lost 2 inches in my hips,
🔸Lost 1 inch in my thigh area, 🔹Gained 1 inch in my arms from muscles!
These results came solely from:
❤ My at home workout programs!
❤ My superfood shake every morning!
❤ Drinking water daily!
❤ Eating somewhat healthier, but honestly I never really watched what I was eating! This is why I am also thankful for my daily shake!
Every month that I see changes I just keep asking myself, "Why the heck did you wait so long to do this for yourself?!" Honestly my answer is always, "you kept making excuses". They would always win and I would push everything off to only regret it later!
Don't let your excuses win ladies and gents!
