When new chocolate you haven't tried before is on special for $1 it's hard to walk past! 🍫 Here we have limited edition butterscotch snickers (on top) and salted caramel Mars. The Mars is average at best in my opinion, nothing jumps out to really make a claim about it being any different to a plain Mars bar 6/10. The snickers on the other hand made the presence of butterscotch evident from the moment you open it and the smell you get 👌 Can't beat the crunch of the nuts and a good presence of butterscotch with every bite. #Ramadan2017 Blessed month is here and it's time to make some serious #spiritualgains ✨ For the past few Ramadans, I have taken a complete hiatus from my social media accounts in order to focus solely on praying and regaining spirituality. This year, though, I've decided to post workouts & meals occasionally for accountability. The real challenge will be to minimize device usage as much as possible. It's incredible how distracting our phones/tablets have become. Time to recharge. Time to refocus. Hope & pray everyone has a blessed month IA ✨
I think most of us can say we've struggled with anxiety at some point in our lives. Lately I've been dealing with a lot of it and have been trying to find more natural ways to help cope with it. After following @leefromamerica for awhile, she recommended to try using ashwagandha as an adaptogen to help with mental, emotional, and physical stress management. I decided to get some for myself today and start drinking it with my coffee and smoothies everyday. I'll keep you updated on how it works out! I don't make myself pasta often, but when I do, I make it worth it! Tonight's recipe includes homemade basil pesto and lots of olive oil 🌿 It's so easy to make pesto at home, you just need a good handful of fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, and pine nuts!

Well, kick-it up a notch by adding it to some fresh wild caught salmon, and you get: pure deliciousness!!!
