Playing around with some new seasonings on turkey breast today and I think this combo is going to be the winner winner! This has a butter compound that has been generously rubbed underneath and on top of the skin plus added seasonings to the skin.
I set it to low smoke mode in my SGX for 2 hours, increased to high smoke for an hour, and then finished off at 375° untill I hit an IT of 165°. The skin is perfectly crisp and flavored and the breast meat is so succulent. Incredible flavor and so tender and moist. I've got to write this down so I can recreate it for Thanksgiving🦃
