📣 I just gotta tell you.... these little suckers right here are mind blowing!
One of my biggest struggles is finding the quick snacks in between meals. That don't have a tone of chemicals & won't make my tummy swell!
I got the meal thing on lock! But in those moments when I'm away from home, running errands or waiting for dinner to finish..... that's when I will mow down a bag of sour cream & onion chips with a quickness! If I don't have a better option.
I know they look like meatballs.... but trust me & try them!
1 cup gluten free oatmeal
1/2 cup almond slivers
1/2 cup flax seed
1 tsp almond extract
1/3 cup honey
3/4 cup peanut butter (the only ingredient in peanut butter should be peanuts!
1 scoop vegan cafe latte shakeology
1 scoop vegan chocolate
Grind oats, flax seed & almond slivers in the blender for 30 seconds, until powder. Mix together with all other ingredients. The mixture will be crumbly but I promise it sticks together. Form into bite size servings with clean hands.
Eat right away, refrigerate what's left.
You can sub whatever flavor shakeology you have for this. Although I'm not sure how strawberry would taste?! 😂
