Hong Kong curry fish ball is one of my favourite Hong Kong street food. Trying to create a recreate a homecook dish that is uniquely Singapore. My pot is bathed in a zesty and tangy chilli crab sauce with Dodo's fresh fish ball, Teochew fish ball, cheese tofu and crabstick. Glad that my family enjoyed this new creation. Especially my boyfriend who isn't a fan of fish ball, enjoyed Dodo's springy and bouncy fish ball and cheese tofu in chilli crab sauce!
