#lategram : Hubby's Mum turned 90 on Friday so we've had two days of feasting and I completely forgot to take photos.
Friday was an at-home yum cha - all store-bought dumplings and I cooked up some chinese broccoli and shitake mushroom seasoned with seasame oil, garlic and chilli. The remaining thai lime and chilli (vegetarian) cake, prawn and vege dumplings, shumai, and veges were last night's entree.
Yesterday was the big extended family celebration with Thai takeaway. Slightly over-catered so we ended up bringing home a red curry chicken, beef in oyster sauce, mixed veges and 5.5(!!) containers of boiled rice. We had some of the half container of rice and some of the other dishes last night.
Even the dog had some beef and rice for dinner! 😝
