Food & wine pairing can be a little daunting but trust us, it's nowhere near as tricky as you think and it's definitely worth it!!
🍷Try regional pairing - if you're cooking Italian for dinner, think Chianti.
🍷When you're enjoying spicy foods, it can cause a bit of a dilemma but try and add a little sweetness in the form of wine (of course!) like a Riesling.
🍷Colour Code! If you're short on time, look at the colour of the wine to determine what to have with it. Light, bright with hints of green would be great with salads but if it's more of a golden deep lemon colour try with a butter sauce.
