Inter are still pushing for Arturo Vidal for the squad. The whole situation seems very messy at the moment and it's really hard to tell where Inter are in the negotiations. Carlo Ancelotti has came out saying that Arturo Vidal is going to stay and that he has no intention to sell the player. Obviously that makes everything even more difficult than ever, although there could be a glimmer of hope (sort of). There were reports from GDS that said that Vidal himself has approved an Inter move and wouldn't mind making the switch. The thing that confuses me however, is that the report totally contradicts what was reported weeks ago when it was said he doesn't want to move to Inter due to his Juve past. Although those reports were questionable, not that this one isn't. Inter have apparently tabled €7 million per season for him which should be enough.
Davide Santon looks to be on his way out of Inter, interest in England, although it seems that a deal is close with Sampdoria. Some reports claim that a deal for him has actually already been agreed on, it's just Santon who needs to approve the move and agree on personal terms.
Gabriel Barbosa has been linked with going out on loan the whole summer. Now a host of English teams have shown interest in taking him on loan. Those teams include Liverpool, Everton, Leicester, West Ham, Tottenham, Stoke, and Swansea. He's definitley not short of options. If Spalletti doesn't have him in his plans for adequate playing time, then I think it'd be better if he went on loan somewhere else. He's talented and I'd hate to see his development get stalled. Gabigol himself however seems to want to stay with Inter.
The path for Keita Balde is pretty clear now. After Schick didn't exactly work out, Juve tried to lure Keita Balde instead. Although Lotito has vetoed a Juve move which makes Inter Keita's most viable option. Keita liked the idea of going to Juve, although he's given his total approval of an Inter move and doesn't mind playing for the club. Although it seems Inter doesn't want to go through with the deal until they can sell Perišić.
