ايشان پس از هفده سال تجربه کاری در صنايع نفت و گاز، از سال ۲۰۰۳ كسب وكار شخصي خود را آغاز نموده است.
دارای بیش از سی‌سال تجربه در رهبری می‌باشند.
آقای تیمور میری يك كوچ دارای صلاحيت حرفه‌ای و مدرک از مؤسسه گالوپ (#Gallup) و نیز فدراسیون بین‌المللی كوچينگ(#ICF) در سطح استادی (#MCC) ميباشند.
ايشان همچنين از بنيانگذاران و كادر رهبری انجمن كوچينگ به زبان فارسی(#FCCI) و مدير مسئول شركت MTMi در انگلستان است، و با شرکتهای بین المللی به منظور پشتيبانی و رهبری تيم و همچنین افزایش و بهبود عملکرد همکاری می‌کند.
آقای تيمور ميری در حال حاضر مدير #آكادمی_كوچينگ_فارسی‌زبانان (#FCA) هستند كه برنامه‌های تصديق شده #مهارت‌های_كوچينگ را بر اساس استانداردهای فدراسیون بین‌المللی كوچينگ (#ICF) تدریس می‌نماید. اين برنامه از سال ۲۰۱۳ در حال اجرا هست.

Learning about sensory evaluation this week with #fcci. This morning we attempted calibration around detecting sour, sweet, and salty in order to calibrate around flavors in cacao. So cool to see this industry design and implement standard protocols for evaluation - making sure to include cacao origins in the process, so farmers can speak to their cacao quality and earn more money for their hard work. #specialtycacao #sweet #fermentation #cacao #transparenttrade #chocolate #fcia #fancyfood #goodfoodawards
