It’s week 3 of FB Burn, except, last week I was sick, sore throat, head cold, upset belly. So I missed a good chunk of my workouts. Honestly I was so upset with myself, I felt like I had already given up. I also found out that I’ve gained almost 10 pounds. With that came the raw realization that it was my fault for my poor food choices.
So I made the decision to redo week 2, instead of 4 weeks I’ll do five, I put on my leggings that make me feel like a bad bitch, and focused on just getting through the HIIT and lower body routine properly. Even though I’m doing the low impact exercises I feel better that I’m not going to wear out my body.
ALSO, I have never been able to sit with my legs out, or even touch my toes. I’ve made it my mini goal to everyday stretch to my toes safely! And now I can do it! So that’s why I’m so excited in my video! 😅
