4 weeks of progress working out and eating healthy. Completed one round of @fitnessblender #fbbooty am halfway through #fbfit.
Aesthetics should only be one part of being healthy, but it's always nice to see the changes and see your hard work paying off. So, what you don't see in this picture is how much more energy I have. I've gained muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. Having a positive outlook comes so much easier now. I'm more confident. I'm not hungry all the time, so I'm not eating when I'm bored. I focus better. I do not crave sugar so I don't binge, and don't feel the immense guilt that comes with it. I sleep better at night. Combatting anxiety and depression is much easier. I haven't had a panic attack since starting. I'm eating more food more often than ever, and I give myself one cheat meal a week when socializing with friends or family.
I'm not starving myself, I'm not jumping on the scale. I don't know how much I weigh, and I don't want to. I am so much happier when I am taking care of my body and fueling it with REAL food.
Wherever you are on your fitness journey, remember it's not about the numbers and measurements, but how you feel, and what you can do. Listen to your body, and it will thank you. 💜

9 days of sick shouldn't be allowed 🚫 here's to hoping I can actually function now?! 🙈 first day back in the kitchen since the smell/sight of food doesn't make me want to 😷 -- & cleaning the house, makes me feel like I'm human again! Après presque 2 semaines de pause car j'etais malade puis en WE prolongé et pleins d'excès, j'ai décidé de reprendre le programme FBbooty à 0, pour retrouver un rythme motivant ! Bon, ben ce n'est pas pour ça que j'en ai moins bavé pour le 1er jour ! Allez, j'espère que je vais le finir cette fois ci :)

Den när man är helt barnledig och inte vet vad man ska göra av all tid?!

Most of the time I lack the motivation needed to work out earlier in the day. Evening workouts seem to be my thing. Nap and a movie after work? Work out and a smoothie when I should be getting ready for bed? IMO It's all about moderation, modification, and motivation. Do what works for you. This workout completely kicked my ass, and I loved it! Walking will without a doubt be difficult tomorrow. 🤗😎🤓 This smoothie is pretty darn tasty too ('Creamy Coconut Dream' - The Green Smoothie Lifestyle by Amy Goodrich)! 😍 The recipe calls for 2 cups of spinach and 2 cups of coconut water blended, add in 1.5 cups of pineapple, 1 kiwi, and 1/2 of an avocado. I also added hemp seed per @karabou_625 advice. Great way to get protein and fiber. Thanks Kara!
