today marks my final workout of the 4 week #fbabs #fitnessblender programme; I ended it with a burnout on my lower body & abs.
I feel stronger than ever both physically and mentally❤️
physical changes may be slow, but having changed my diet to match my lifestyle, I am definitely noticing definition, lean muscle gain and toning happening. my shopping trolley is only ever filled with healthy fats, protein and the correct nutrients to fuel my body, and I may have a treat here and there, but chocolate is now only ever dark, and and I’ve learned NOT to punish myself for having treats or unplanned cheeky meals with friends and family.
it’s amazing what can happen if you really put your mind to it, and I wouldn’t be where I am now if it weren’t for determination, and motivation and support both from my family and my friends; however remember, you are your own competition, and only you can push yourself continuously to get that workout done or to steer clear of that take out. 💪🏻 I’m so proud of how far I’ve come I could honestly shed a tear; from actually believing my curves were fat and grotesque, to accepting I will never lose them, and learning how to look after my body. never believe anyone who tells you you can’t, and never listen to anyone who tries to bring you down. 💪🏻🌞🥗🍑 #proud #progress #physicalhealth #mentalhealth
