Enjoying working out is something that I would never have said a couple months ago. Working out has gone from being a chore to something I look forward to doing almost every day. What’s the biggest change? I love the workouts, the one thing I did like about my gym membership was that it included access to free group classes. I enjoy working out with someone who knows what they are doing, I don’t have to make up my workout routine I just have to show up and be ready. Even better I can workout from the comfort of my own home, I don’t have to lug my gym bag with me and get ready etc. What would make working out more enjoyable for you?
