The number 1 question I always get asked is where do I get my leggings. Lately, I've been lularoeing w/ @lularoe.ashleybrumfield to get all my crazy colored leggings. My black leggings I actually find at Forever21 Plus online or RainbowShops online (Theyre cheap and comfy as hell). I also randomly find things at Rue 21, Old Navy, Walmart, Ross...etc. I have more leggings than anyone should ever have, buut yaknow..gotta have options. πŸ˜‚πŸ™†πŸ» I also tagged each store I got these leggings as an example.

Ich hab neue Pancakes ausprobiert, und ich sage euch, das wird mein neues Standardrezept. Entstanden ist das Pancake Rezept aus einem verunfallten freestyle Kuchen letzte Woche. FΓΌr Kuchen ist es nix, aber als Pancaketeig große Klasse πŸ‘

2. Haferflocken mit den Übrigen zutaten zu einem zÀhen Teig vermengen

3. In einer guten Anti-Haft-Pfanne ohne Fett bei mittlerer Hitze langsam ausbacken - ich habe 4 Stück rausbekommen, die waren aber sehr groß. 8 Stück werden es wenn man sie etwas kleiner macht

4. Ab mit den Pancakes auf den Teller, Beeren dazu geben, Puderzucker daruf und sich ein wirklich kΓΆstliches FrΓΌhstΓΌck schmecken lassen πŸ˜‹

On Thursday I finally finished my #lowfodmap elimination and reintroduction phases!!! I learned a lot about how food affect my digestive system and that I need to stay away from polyols and excess fructose (πŸ‰πŸ‘πŸπŸ₯‘ 😭) #ripavocado . The most exciting part about this though? ➑️ BREAD 🍞πŸ₯–πŸžπŸ₯–πŸžπŸ₯– give me all the bread! It's been 3 and a half months! This breakfast of French toast with ham and a beautiful runny egg was all #simplyfilling and delicious 😍

I've been quite annoyed with myself recently having gained a few pounds and not being able to find my focus to get back 100% on plan, so this photo on the left popping up on my timehop gave me the head wobble I needed. I used to be overweight, unhealthy, unmotivated, depressed and I hated my appearance. Earlier this month I ran a marathon. I'm fit, I'm healthy, and although I'm not 100% happy with my body I certainly don't hate it any more. I can't give up on myself now, even though I feel I've taken a step backwards. Giving up isn't an option, I won't let myself get back to where I was mentally, I can love my body again... I won't let myself get to the point where I hated looking in the mirror. .
