Up 17 *thats right SEVENTEEN* pounds from stage weight. Not every #tansformation is necessarily a “sexy” one or a “better” one. .
I’m not exactly happy that I gained all the weight plus some back, but damn I had fun doing it. .
Can only hope that the weight in my abdomen goes to my ass or to my delts, but ya know only time and being back on the consistency train will allow that to happen. .
Go easy on yourselves people. Weight is just a NUMBER. It doesn’t define you and shouldn’t make or break you. Be happy. Eat the cupcake (or 4 in my case) (if you’re not on prep. If you are DON’T DO IT 😅). Keep lifting heavy and focus on those endorphins. .
