Bit of a rant- take a seat folks...... i have an issue with what ‘people’ view is fit or healthy, which are two different things and can be unconnected, but thats not for now. Its ‘government guidelines’ i have a problem with! Who decided what is best for me, my body, and my life? Or what makes me fit or healthy? Luckily i dont give a fuck what anyone thinks but... i know it affects millions of people in a negative way!
A quick interweb search for ‘ideal’ bodyweight shows pretty much the same ‘standard’ for the top 20 results (didnt look further) ...... now my weight is up to 113kg which im happy about and body fat is around 27%, according to the government i am obese 👍🏼 ill take that..... but when i subtracted 27% from my weight im only just in a ‘normal’ range 🤔 so i need to be 0% body fat to be healthy???? And only just!! I would need to loose 20kg of muscle as well to be at the lower end!!!!!! That is a goal which cannot be reached!!!! For many people i believe this could lead to destructive behaviour!!! So fuck what anyone thinks about you 👊🏼 you do you!!! If u sit around all day and dont work, aren’t active, and eat icecream all day maybe you need to improve, but for most of us if we can function and train hard, and not be sick, and be savages, which panel of ‘experts’ can take that away?
And do they even lift!!!!!! Rant over for now
