My latest breakfast craving -pb&j steel cut oats 😋. The berry jam is so simple to make. All you need is a cup of frozen mixed berries, half a cup of water, squeeze of lemon juice, 2 tblsp. of honey (operational) and a tblsp. of chia seeds. Bring all the ingredients (except the seeds) to a slow boil until thick and syrupy. Mash up the jam, add the chia seeds, allow to cool and place in an air tight jar. Sounds like a mission for jam, but I promise you, it's totally worth it 😉🍓🍓🍓 . . .
