Quick squatting tip: Break at the knees not at the hips.
1️⃣Poor: when athletes break at the hips first they end up folded over like a lawn chair. This position forces the bar path to float forward towards the front of their shoe.
2️⃣Awesome: When athletes break at their knees and pull themselves down into the hole. This position helps keep the bar over their mid-foot. Thanks Henry for the great demo!
