How do you recovery from injury??? I’m not breaking any records here, but after 4wks of basically rolling out of bed due to a bike crash.
Yes, I still feel pain but that’s why this shit is light.
However, I’m stimulating blood flow, and driving oxygen around my body, moving lymphatic fluid, and getting hormones to upregulate (like Warren G). If you get injured and you’re unsure, seek out a coach and get your ass moving.
