Started my day off with 45min of steady state cardio @ 65% intensity = medium intensity (jog) that can be maintained for 45min straight but not so easy that you're not sweating. You should be able to carry out a conversation at this intensity. But if you're not sweating then you should probably go to the doctor to see if you're a pussy. I mean, what? 💁🏼🤔😁 @teamtrextraining
