Making my physical, mental and emotional health means that a day in my sweetlife almost always includes exercise, time with friends and delicious food. Was beyond excited to have the chance to share a day in the life over on the @sweetgreen instagram stories, including a morning run, coffee with @rabid.anniemal and my own #diysweetgreen . Whipped up a burrito bowl hack for the #coffeeandcardiobowl (shown here!). The stories will be live through tonight, so be sure to check it out and screengrab the recipe! 🙏🏼🥗🌯 #sweetlife#sweetgreen#sweetgreenambassador
