Our final tomatillo harvest of the season!
We've roasted lots of tomatillos this summer but today I changed it up a bit and through these in the smoker! Roasting is sort of a go-to for me and probably most people when it comes to tomatillos, but homegrown tomatillos, just like homegrown tomatoes, have much better flavor than those you'll find in the store, so the culinary possibilities are endless.
