Seriously so yummy! My absolute go to when it comes to prep, just throw it in the slow cooker and go!!!
3 chicken breasts, one can no salt added black beans, 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies.. then afterward I add in some quinoa!
Then I season like a mad woman!! .
Throw in some cayenne pepper, garlic everything and anything, regular pepper, chipotle seasoning!!! .
You can do this literally any way you want!!
You could do taco seasoning or anything spicy! .
I either have it plain like this or in a whole wheat tortilla!
