Day 3/80✔️Cardio core was gooooood this morning! Got my blood pumping. Finished tired but energized at the same time🤷🏻♀️👊🏻 Guess that’s how I know I gave it my all.
Happy to be back in our regular routine today. Daily life just seems to flow a little smoother for me when I’m in a routine.
My day looks a little like this......
❤️Wake up before everyone. Eat, read, do a few coaching tasks.
❤️Eat again, make breakfast for family, help kids get ready & our the door
❤️Listen to conference talk & personal development while I get ready
❤️Eat again ❤️Check in with my fit group & a few other coaching tasks while little kids play. I take breaks to play too😉Sometimes we do errands.
❤️Lunch with kids
❤️A couple afternoons a week I have a babysitter for a couple hours while I work. The rest of the days it’s kid time/house time
❤️Eat! After school craziness😜 Run kids to activities.
❤️Dinner & Family time until kids go to bed. I usually take a few minutes to check in with my fit groups too.
❤️Time with Gabe. Sometimes a show or read. Think through tomorrow. Recharge protein drink if I need it.
Totally not exciting haha! But that’s the life of a full time mom & part time coach. I keep my schedule pretty flexible so I have time for fun activities, photography, hobbies & family time. I love my life & wouldn’t have it any other way!
