My buddy Jim was in our last group... and he just sent me this picture 👆🏻 holding a 10LB sack of taters!
“Lost 10Lbs!” .
That’s right! Jimbo here lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks! He went from NO WORKOUTS, to simply working out 4-6 times a week for 25 minutes! Yes, UNDER half an hour!
He also decided to start doing some portion control. This dude has been on point with it too! I’ve had several texts asking about foods at home and out to eat! Those are texts I LOVE to get!
