I donโ€™t always eat oats but when I do I love to have them as overnight oats. ๐ŸŒš And having them in these little containers makes life so easy. You just add some water or your favorite kind of milk to them, pop them in the fridge and then you can eat them hot or cold in the morning! ๐ŸŒžโ„๏ธ

-2 cups full-fat or light canned coconut milk
-4 tsp. gelatin
-pinch of sea salt
-Fruit and honey, optional, for serving
ษชษดsแด›ส€แดœแด„แด›ษชแดษดs:
1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over ยผ cup of the coconut milk.
2. In a small saucepan, bring the remaining coconut milk to a simmer.
3. Whisk in the softened gelatin mixture and whisk vigorously until dissolved.
4. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until set, at least 5 hours.
5. Using a handheld mixer or standing mixer, blend on medium speed for 20-30 seconds until the texture resembles cottage cheese.
6. Add a pinch of salt and any desired toppings.

Not only do they give us the ๐Ÿ†ƒ๐Ÿ…ธ๐Ÿ…ผ๐Ÿ…ด๐Ÿ…ณ nutrition, but the thing I โ„“ฯƒฮฝั”โˆ‚ about it most is that they show you ั”ฯ‡ฮฑยขั‚โ„“ัƒ what to eat at what ั‚ฮนะผั” so I donโ€™t even have to put any thought into the meal plan other than what kind of vegetable protein I want to eat. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ Literally the simplest meal plan Iโ€™ve ever followed in my life and Iโ€™m loving it๐Ÿ’‹
