I’ve tried all kinds of greens in their smoothies, and everything lends a flavor they dislike except for spinach. They also will balk at the color, so the trick is to add blueberries and/or blackberries (in addition to banana, strawberries, and kefir)—this totally covers the green color. (Full disclosure: I totally walked in and asked my mother-in-law: “this IS spinach, right? I picked the right thing?” 😬 #fakehippie #fraud). What are your most kid-approved smoothie recipes?
