Failed lifts happen (and I make super cute faces during them too 🙄). This is my deadlift sticking point. I can make any bar fly off the ground before it stops dead just above my knees. Has anyone out there experienced a similar issue? What's worked for you?
Weak glutes (probably from all those hours in class) are definitely a piece of the issue, and I'll be going through a cycle of rack pulls soon. I'm coming for you, 315#!
