The Duchess of Cambridge attended a gala dinner at the National Portrait Gallery yesterday. Her most glittering events in her Calendar so far this this year.
The Duchess viewed two exhibitions and specially commissioned artwork created to mark the fundraising gala. It raise money to allow iconic portraits to go on loan to other institutions.
Kate floor length gown, a 'new reveal' forest green lace by Temperley London, one of her favorite designers. It was said she worn it last April at the Queen's birthday dinner, the dress appeared green in the photo some said she wore black. It is not clear whether the gown is full length or a cocktail dress either. Others have suggested the dress bears some similarities to Kate's Temperley London 'Amoret Gown, her DVF Zarita Gown and several Dolce & Gabbana dresses
The forest green lace long sleeve gown features sheer sleeves with a floral pattern and a bow belt to accentuate the waist. It's a classic Temperley silhouette.
She debuted an £8,900 green amethyst and pave diamond Candy earrings in 18ct yellow gold by Kiki McDonough, which complemented the colour of her dress 👗
The earrings are very similar to the £5,340 Candy Pink Tourmaline and Green Amethyst Drop Earrings
She donned with her famous glossy brunette locks and bouncy flurry curls. The glittering clutch bag, £195 'Charlie& #39; Wilbur & Gussie a small envelope clutch has a glitter exterior and features a jewel encrusted brooch on the front flap (will be view on my next post) and matched with the glittering Jimmy Choo 'Dart& #39; sandals both worn in the Malaysian state dinner, 2012
