Around this time of year it's a tough task resisting the ever addictive, chocolate EASTER EGG!!! I wish for healths sake that the egg was elusive and the bunny stayed behind for some pats and cuddles!!! BUT unfortunately that ain't going to happen, SO here's a quick few tips, if you're right in the thick of training and eating healthy over the 4 day Easter weekend;
1.Choose a meal each day, that you can compromise with and make it your set CHEAT MEAL! (It is what it is, less cheat meals the better! BUT I'm a realist!)
2.Stay ACTIVE go for; walks, jogs, swim, play tennis, walk the golf course, chase your dog around like a looney! Each day
3.Keep MINDFULNESS practices each day!
