So 8 weeks ago Steph @bodyscan360nz came to Nelson and give me a full body composition analysis.
I didn't think I needed it or wanted it in particular because I felt good with my eating and training but he gave me a reality check. I was surprised by the accuracy and detail he gave me and the honest advice I needed to improve my health.
Instead of a 8 week challenge I decided to make smaller more long term sustainable changes to my diet to improve my health and set a strong foundation for the future.

Now 10kgs weight loss and 6kgs fat loss later and all I can say is BodyScan 360 is amazing and will change your life.
