It's daylight savings time here in Europe ( for USA and Canada it's on November 5th). Time to "fall back" one hour tonight. But if you are a parent, most likely you'll be up at the normal time no matter what the clock says! It will take about three days to be feeling and waking up as normal. There's no "trick" to it because our bodies need time to adjust to this one hour change; it's basically a mini jet lag that we go through.

To make it easier on you and your kiddos, you can adjust bedtimes (and naps) to be 30 minutes within your normal time of sleep. So on the day of the change, move bedtime 30 minutes earlier than normal. Happy Sleeping!
