There are so many allergen friendly convenience foods on the market now, cooking up your favorite dish has never been easier. When I have a craving, it is usually for a processed food so I like having certain allergen friendly foods in my home at all times incase a craving comes along. It is important to listen to your cravings, they are there for a reason and they are always trying to tell you something.
Try this: start a cravings journal- when you have a craving jot it down. What time of the day is it and what type of food are you craving specifically? Was it immediately after a meal, after a stressfull situation? Being aware of your triggers can help you better understand your body and how to avoid pitfalling into an unhealthy sequence.
