Hi everyone, I'm still here stalking all of your pictures and keeping up with how amazing everyone is doing.
I'm still on plan-ish. Since I joined a few weeks ago I had such a great first week and ever since then ive been losing really small amounts like half a pound and then putting it back on the following week.
The thing with me is, I get weighed on a Saturday morning and then my 'treat night' is just off the rails. I then feel like (and know as I weigh myself all the time) I'm just playing catch up to get back to where I was before weigh in again 😫.
I've seen plenty of people on here who have treat nights and lose but it just ain't working for me and I really need to shift some timbre.
After a chat with my good work friend @mama_gotta_eat_sw the other day we've found a Monday group which fits around work, the kids and everything else.
By getting weighed on Monday there will be no takeaway and wine on a Saturday night. Monday treat night would never been a thing anyway as I'm always an angel in the week 😇.
Hoping this change in weigh day and group will be just what I need to start really losing this weight 😁😗
