One Of My Favorite #Tricep #Exercises. It's A Great #Isolation #Movement For Overall Tricep Development Targeting All 3 Tricep Heads. Not Only For Men But Perfect For Women Trying To Tighten The Under Arm Area.

I Prefer The Use Of #Dumbbells For This #Exercise Rather Than A EZ-bar Because You Can Adjust & Not Be Kept In A Fixed Position In The Movement. The Incline Bench Also Tends To Be Easier On The #ElbowJoint.

KeyNotes: Start With The Dumbbells Above Your Head. Proceed Controlled To 90 Degrees Of The Elbow Joint Or Just Below It. Proceed #Explosively Upward & #Squeeze The Tricep #Muscles At Top.

Beginners: 3 Sets, 10-12 Reps
Advanced: 4-5 Sets, 8-12 Reps

Playing with my favorite toy!! It's so easy to use!! Impact free. Injury resistant. So you need is a good 15 to 20 yards or so and you can get a #totalbody #workout.

Had to wait until later in the day yesterday to work out. It was SOOO hot outside!! I worked my #quads and #upperback. I guesstimate the stretch of grass on the side of my house to be 15 to 20 yards.
I start with #legs because they require the most energy expenditure. So, I went back and forth 4 times with 3 wheels stacked on there. Walking backward work the anterior side of the leg. That's about 180lbs. Not much, but enough to "get you together"! πŸ˜€

Then I went to what you see me doing here. #rows
I'm doing it #explosively though which adds to the difficulty of the #exercise.
I started with 160lbs both ways. Then ended with 135lbs.
I went at it back to back without stopping. I was smoked in no time. Like 20, 30 minutes! I could've added more weight and worked out longer, but I've worked these muscle groups a couple times this week already.

A lot of people don't prescribe to that, because they believe you risk injury via overworking the muscle. BUT......I tell my body what to do! Not the other way around! I'm strategic about though. I go heavy, medium, and light. My aim is to work the muscle groups that #burn the most #fat, #build #muscle #quickly, make me #strong as shit, and add the right type of weight to my body.

Closing #BigMitch 's First Month ever dynamically lifting a #barbell and man am I proud of this guy. Just 30 days ago a PVC pipe was giving this man fits! Today we #explosively hang #snatch 135 pounds! Keep #Grinding Mitch!!
