Ups & downs have made me who I am, and continually striving for balance has helped me become who I am.
I use to be obsessed to tracking my macros- obsessed with hitting each gram & being terrified of being anything but lean. I was so infatuated with MFP that I failed to see those around me. I used to be terrified of showing my acne because it's considered flaw. These were all things I learned to fight because I know I deserved better.
I've also learned loving myself isn't just about my physical exterior, but loving my decisions, actions, and mindset. Putting my health first has become the most important thing to me. .
Balance isn't a destination, it's something to continually strive for. And I'll continue to strive for it in any experiences I face 💓
