I get a lot of questions about whether or not I feel better after removing my breast implants. The answer is YES! My health is far better than it was when I had them in!!! ❤❤ However, I do not blame my implants for everything. I certainly don't think having a foreign substance in my body that contained silicone was helping my health (side note: yes I had silicone implants but it's the outer shell that is of concern. Saline implants also have a silicone shell so saline implants can cause issues as well). But I don't blame them as the one source of my problems with chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid, depression, anxiety, etc.
I believe chronic stress, my implants, eating foods that caused my body inflammation over a long period of time (AKA: sugar, grains, corn, soy, dairy), etc were all contributors to my failing health... sugar being the biggest issue since I didn't eat the others very often. 😳 As well as the trauma of finding out about my 4 year old being sexually abused. 😢
I'm super thankful this morning for @east_west_health for helping me regain my health back. They have been amazing to help me change my diet long term, doing the appropriate testing, etc. And I am thankful for the 2 Mama's that messaged me about #breastimplantillness when I had NO answers and was so miserable.
No regrets here! I don't miss my fake boobs at all! If you have health issues that are unanswered, consider that your breast implants might be causing underlying problems! 😳😩😱 There are thousands of women who are #explanting and regaining their health!! ❤️👊🏼
