"Bhajji thikse nahi Bana, islie uska bhaaji Bana diya" This is exactly what my mum said.😄 No shame to say that today one recipe went wrong 😂😂
Yes, even good cooks and seasoned pros make mistakes.
So here's the short story:
In the process of trying Cauliflower 65 for the first time, the florets turned chewy instead of crispy.
Guess proportions of flour went wrong!
Too much maida makes the vegetable chewy rather than crispy!😫
Anyways, perfection will be achieved by practice in near future. But instead of forcefully gulping these fried cauliflowers down everybody's throat....I just quickly transformed this recipe into something else we all love.😍 Prepared manchurian gravy and dipped these florets into that chinese gravy.
Volla!!! Delicious gobi machurian gravy is set for today's dinner. 😎
Now this dish is not made exactly how it was meant to be made! But still, it's upto my satisfaction!
This transformation of the dish is not a rocket science and can be thought by anyone in the world! But the reason behind this post was to let know how important it is to be quick in decision making while you're in the kitchen!
A good cook always knows how to transform a "went wrong" dish into a "not so bad" one!!😋 That doesn't mean I am considering myself a good one🤔..or maybe I am!😝 See ya!!🤗 #transform #lessons #mistakes #mistakesarelessons #foodstory #gobimanchurian #gobimanchuriangravy #dinner #decisionmaking #decisionmakingskills #kitchenskills #recipewentwrong #experimenting #experimentinginthekitchen #storytime
