The things that are posted on Instagram can change your viewing of how things actually are. It’s so easy to photoshop, or pose a certain way to look “ thicker “ or “ thinner “ most of the time it’s not reality. Here’s me standing regular and then posing. It takes a little bend in the leg, and a suck in, in the stomach to change your whole
Appearance. That’s not okay. So many people look up to the girls & guys who are the most ripped or has the thickest booty and a indent in there hips. It’s not healthy in all honesty. Whether your thick or thin, you’ll have fat on you. It’s something your body has to survive.
I feel like now a days as new generations are coming in, the internet needs to become a better positive place. Not a place wear a 14 year old girl looks on Instagram or any social media and admires someone with big boobs, tiny waist, big butt. They don’t know that it isn’t normal. It’s important to spread the message, yeah sure you can work on your body to become a certain way with the proper healthy eating and workouts, but it takes time. And certain things you can’t change. Your body, works different than anyone else’s. Posing changes the way you are perceived, and so does editing a photo. Spread the message. Everyone is beautiful in anyway shape or form.
