A building which was remained unfinished by the beginning of the Iran-Iraq war, and became a place for troops settlement and monitoring during the war. By the end of the war between Iran and Iraq, this unfinished building, which was decorated by bullets and quiver, is now captured by those who have no shelters for living. Those who were sufficed to a roof as a shelter. Having a house in everywhere around the world has some qualifications, but in "Shish-Tabagheh" it is enough just to be there before others to capture a unit. You are the owner and then you can sell it to another one. Now, after so many years after the end of the war, "Shish-Tabagheh" changed to a town. A symbol of postwar subsequent, poverty, unemployment, violence, prostitution and addiction by families whose their only property is a house.
