I used to not dare going into the gym on my own, especially the area for weights! Anyone feel me? ✋ That's why whenever I want to gym/keep fit in the past, I would just go running for awhile and do some abs exercise at the corner, then that's the end of my gym session.. never did I dared to step into the weights section as there's too many guys/zai ppl.
Thankfully after I got to know @jasminethecheerleader , she taught us how to do the workout and finally I dared to go gymming on my own now. Even better when I'm being accompanied by someone else. This gives me so much more motivation to gym💪💪💪 Best of all is that I have a videographer bf to help me video down a summary of my entire session(: yay-ness 💖💕🌈
