Towards the end of each yoga class my yoga teacher always challenge me to do a few yoga poses. On a good day i can hold it for a few good seconds and on bad day i just keep failing. Today was okay i guess the first pose is me trying to do a crow pose where i just managed to hold for like 5 seconds or less before i hit the ground, definitely not an easy thing to do coz still need to keep everything more aligned,balance and the hand grip well for it to work.
The second and third slide is me trying to do a tripod headstand. Not an easy one for sure for me at least coz just to get that feet up on my arms was already quite difficult so somehow today i managed to get one leg up high is like a miracle. Obviously still need a lot to improve on, like keeping that right arms tucked in.
Nothing shown here is on point,but maybe someday.
