Mis ejercicios de hoy: -💃Fui esta mañana a caminar✔ -💃Primera foto: ✔100 sit ups, 5 series de 20 repeticiones.✔125 crunches bicicleta, 5 series de 25 repeticiones✔57 repeticiones, 3 series de 19 repeticiones✔90 segundos plancha básica, 3 series de 30 segundos😅🙈 (se me hace muy difícil hacer mas de treinta segundos). -💃Segunda foto: ✔40 repeticiones de sentadillas✔2 series de 15 repeticiones de los otros ejercicios. -💃Tercera foto: ✔2 series de 15 repeticiones de cada ejercicio (uso unas pesas de kilo y medio/ tres libras cada una).
