Here's some of my chest routine from last week, I started off with dumbbell bench press, I noticed that my strength decreased a bit but I haven't lifted this weight in a while. Afterwards, I went into decline bench press which works lower chest and triceps.

Bear Crawl Progression

In quadruped/bear position draw your belly button into your spine to activate the deep core throughout the exercise.  Move one limb at a time limiting rotation to truly activate the core. .
Progress with towels by sliding one leg back at a time. Again, the key is to limit rotation to enhance core activity.

Finally progress to sliding mountain climbers. .
Bear crawls are a great functional activity for the core and shoulder girdle.  You can use this as a warm-up or a core workout.  Perform the bear crawl progression before compound movements, overhead lifts, and leg day to enhance core activity to promote efficient movement and protect your back.

Side Plank Progression! 🔥🎥🎬

Continuing this weeks core series with a great frontal plane exercise. 2 different core theories on the obliques, 1️⃣obliques resist rotation and stabilize the spine. 2️⃣obliques actively rotate the spine. I believe that the cores primary function is to stabilize the spine as an anti-rotator. I also think that rotation exercises enhance oblique activity and are critical to every day activities. .
👉Side planks work as an anti-rotator as they challenge the obliques and QL. Start at a level you can hold for ~45 seconds before progressing to the next! .
Make sure you do both sides 😝

After I performed a set of split squats I superset it with single leg deadlifts. I lightly placed my hand on the squat rack next to me for stability so that I could just focus on the glute activation without worrying about keeping my balance especially because I already pre-exhausted the muscles.
4 sets of 12 reps per leg.

Try this workout. We call it interval resistance. It's a fat loss routine. 5 intervals. (20 seconds sprints 40 rest 25-35, 30-30 25-35, 20-40). Take 2,mins rest. Then perform the 6 exercises. 10 reps each. Repeat the whole routine 3 times.
