Tuesday: easy 4 miles. PT session
Wednesday: spinning, power pump

Friday: Barry's before work

Ladies- if you're hoping to get a flat lower belly then be careful what kinds of an workouts you do! πŸ˜™πŸ˜™
The elbow to knee touch bunches up the lower belly and to many of them will thicken your stomach!
So instead of doing exercises that bunch up the lower stomach- think about stretching and elongating your stomach.

🌧 ROUND 1: Using a stop watch time yourself completing the following combo: 20 star jumps, 10 squat jumps, 40 rope skips, 5 burpees, 10 push ups. Rest.
