☇HOW TO BUILD YOUR EXERCISE HABIT☇
Exercise is not always easy. But it's just a habit, similar to brushing your teeth or washing your armpits in the shower. Everyone is capable of building an exercise habit, but there are a few pitfalls.
➡ DON'T LEAVE YOUR EXERCISE TO CHANCE
Many times people say I'll exercise when I feel like it... and that rarely happens. Most of the time we don't feel like pushing ourselves in the gym or even going, for that matter. So if we leave exercise to only doing it when we *feel* like it, there's a chance it won't get done.
Exercise should be FUN. If it isn't, you've not found the exercises that's best for you. But if you schedule your workouts and make sure to go, it gets easier over time and the more you go, the better you feel. The better you feel, the more you want to go. The cycle continues.
➡ START WITH SOMETHING EASY
A common issue is trying to do a workout program or exercise plan that's way too difficult for where you're at. So start with something easy and make it harder over time. If you're not used to exercising, it doesn't make sense to sign up for a marathon. Start walking around the block every morning when you wake up and build on it.
➡ STOP READING. START DOING
Sometimes you want to research and find the perfect plan. But I'll tell you this... no perfect plan exists. And the more time you spend researching, the longer you delay the results you could have. So pick a plan. Start today. Correct and make changes over time. In 30 days you'll be glad you did something instead of spending all that time trying to find the perfect plan.
