Hold on, wait, did you just say Herbalife was too expensive⁉️⁉️⁉️ How much is that dunkin coffee ☕️ every morning and the breakfast 🥐🥓🍳 you get with it or being from home❓was it under $2.50--- bet not!!! Without rain, nothing grows. Learn to embrace the storms in your life.

Life is full of ups and downs. We can either sit back and let the bad get us down, or we can take the bad and turn it into something good. There is a lesson to be learned in everything. There is positivity in everything. But you decide what you dwell on. Learn to embrace those storms because that is where life is teaching you a lesson. That is where you get to make the choice to let the storm take you down or let it make you stronger so you can get back up. Those difficult roads you are on right now will lead you to a beautiful destination. Trust that God will be there with you all the way.

With all the struggles we face each day, it is so easy to just curl up and try to block it out. That is what I use to do. But I use fitness as a way to release those negative toxins. It is the greatest stress reliever. It gives me a goal that I can achieve if I commit. It provides me with the ability to see my strength and what I am capable of. It gives me a chance to be 100% me.

My storms have provided me with a new strength and for that I am so thankful. Without my storms in life, I wouldn't be the person I am today.

What a beautiful day spent hiking 8 miles through mud and rough ground to see the upper and lower Tahquamenon Falls. I can honesty say I didn't fall in the mud but I can't speak for mom😂 Gods creation is so beautiful!

Saturday morning ShredCamp ⛏💪🏼 10am☀️

We made it over the bridge! Excited for a fun weekend of hiking with mom!

I am going to get real with everyone for a minute.
So many times I hear about someone wanting to start a healthy life, start an exercise routine, start loving themselves again, because of how inspiring I am. Man do I love hearing that! Sharing my story to get others inspired is why I am sharing in the first place!
Then the excuses happen why they can't start today. It may be time, money, current health state... the list goes on and on.
Let me tell you something, if I would have listened to even ONE of the excuses I was saying to myself, I wouldn't have lost 30 pounds, 13.5 inches overall, and starting truly loving myself again.
If I could have said any of the following: 〰"My thumb is still broken so I can't do most of the workouts anyway." 〰"I am currently suffering from migraines, EVERYDAY, and I need to wait until the doctors figure out what is going on." 〰"I just found out I am being laid off by my current employer, so I need to wait until I have a new job lined up so I can pay for the program." BUT I DIDNT! I put all of my excuses aside, and decided that I NEEDED to do something for myself. NEEDED to do something to get myself healthy again. NEEDED to do something so I could start loving myself again.
And I am SO GLAD I did.
So let me ask you this, are you ready truly ready, are you going to see this as important as you keep talking about? Or are you going to continue to make excuses?
