I am going to get real with everyone for a minute.
So many times I hear about someone wanting to start a healthy life, start an exercise routine, start loving themselves again, because of how inspiring I am. Man do I love hearing that! Sharing my story to get others inspired is why I am sharing in the first place!
Then the excuses happen why they can't start today. It may be time, money, current health state... the list goes on and on.
Let me tell you something, if I would have listened to even ONE of the excuses I was saying to myself, I wouldn't have lost 30 pounds, 13.5 inches overall, and starting truly loving myself again.
If I could have said any of the following: 〰"My thumb is still broken so I can't do most of the workouts anyway." 〰"I am currently suffering from migraines, EVERYDAY, and I need to wait until the doctors figure out what is going on." 〰"I just found out I am being laid off by my current employer, so I need to wait until I have a new job lined up so I can pay for the program." BUT I DIDNT! I put all of my excuses aside, and decided that I NEEDED to do something for myself. NEEDED to do something to get myself healthy again. NEEDED to do something so I could start loving myself again.
And I am SO GLAD I did.
So let me ask you this, are you ready truly ready, are you going to see this as important as you keep talking about? Or are you going to continue to make excuses?
