My real #flexfriday after completing my my 4th Mock Race at @platinumocr Ranch. If you haven't had a chance to do one yet here is what the last race entailed:
7miles, 1400ft elevation gain, and 21 obstacles:
Bucket carry, 6ft wall and hurdle, Tire drag, rings, Olympus, Atlas carry, 8 foot wall, rope climb, Arch monkey bars, Traverse wall, double sandbag carry, multi rig, spear throw, Rockwall, Twister, tire flip, tyrolean Traverse rope, Herculean hoist, barbwire crawl, Peg ladder and balance beam.
I re-did the last one we had shaving my time from 1:39:40 to 1:35:10 (would have been 1:33 if I didn't fail the spear😡) To be honest I really didn't want to do it I was super tired and wanted to sleep but I knew it was my only opportunity before Big Bear @spartanrace Beast and Sprint. But I called Matt and made him, make me do it 😂😂..and got it done💪💪. Do you have a friend like that? Or workout partner? If not find someone who makes you stronger! Thank you to @mrm_usa for always keeping me hydrated😋😋 and @gatorzeyewear for protecting my eyes!!! 👀😎
