Saturday, Skincare day. Time to pamper my skin. 💆💆💆 I promised to film a skincare routine video, tp sampe skr blm sempet 😅. Anyway, I'll give you some tips on how to preserve the youthful appearance of your skin.
Ngerawat kulit itu musti dari dalam dan luar. What you consume, plays a major part in the health of your skin.
1. Drink lots of water
2. Avoid soda/sugary drinks/alcohol (alcohol breaks down collagen). I only allow sugar in my coffee (which I don't drink every day)
3. Be active (olahraga at least 30 mins, pokoknya sampe keringetan. Biar pembuluh darah lancar)
4. Banyak makan sayur & buah.
5. Cleanse your face before you go to bed (very important), and apply skincare gently. Don't rub it in. But tap tap tap your skincare ever so gently. Jangan lupa apply sunscreen biar kulit terlindung dari sinar matahari.
6. If you have skin issues, consult with a dermatologist.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle. No smoking, no alcohol, limit my sugary intake. Dari kecil pake masker putih telur madu. Nothing is instant.
