Votes are in: we liked the philly brat, blue ribbon brat, spicy buffalo, and pork #10. garlic onion and garlic Parmesan was ok but not a go to. Used @waltonsinc 32mm fresh pre-tubed casing and not one hole or blowout. Also made 20# of Jay’s famous garlic, feta, and basil. 1. Flatten a biscuit
2. Add a dollop of Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Bacon Jam
3. Add cooked leftover meat
4. Add cheese (W chose farmers cheese?
5. Wrap in another biscuit
6. Place on foil pan in oven at 350° for 12 min or until golden brown
