For any parent out there who has suffered the devastating loss of a baby, please know that although you never get over it, in time you learn to live with it. Time is a great healer & exercise can also be an amazing focus.

Exercise was my lifesaver when I lost Patrick (Paddy) at the 6.5 month stage of pregnancy, devastating & life changing doesnt cover it, life shattering goes some way...
.
If you know anyone in a similar situation, please find a babyloss Charity near them where they can get the support & help they need from trained professionals. I want no one to have to experience baby loss without professional help. I was that person, didn’t know they existed, didn’t realise how badly I needed help, buried it deep down & carried on.....it didn’t go so well for me because the crash duly came. With professional help & finally talking about it all, I was able to finally face it & process it which allowed me to move forward.

Please seek the help you or your family/friends may need & break the silence of babyloss....it needs to be talked about ❤️. .

I am such a believer in mental health being as important as physical health. Too many suffer in silence, it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ve lost 2 good friends to suicide where it could have been prevented, both male.....Please let the UK move into the 21st Century & break the stigma - let’s support, let’s help, let’s be an ear to listen & let people know that asking for help is both brave & strong 💪🏼:

Me & my mate after the hardest race of my life - boiling hot 14 mile coastal race, a back injury, only 1 water station etc....nearly passed out on a couple of occasions, puked after, grim determination, my fundraising & my team mate got me through in just over 2hrs. Best feeling after though? - moral of the story for throwback Thursday, never ever give up & surround yourself with good team mates who have your back always 👍🏼:

Challenge - hold plank for 1 min/rest 30 secs & so on. Gradually add weight that challenges you whilst being safe! We did this at the end of our session & it looked like this ⬇️:

✅Second plank with 5kg plate
✅Third plank with 10kg plate
✅Fourth plank with 15kg plate
✅Fifth plank with 20kg plate

1st attempt making hummus....however...next time it would help to add 2 tblespns lemon juice & not 2 lemons worth 🙄what a fanny, correct recipe below:

✅1 tblspn tahini
✅Can chickpeas
✅2 cloves garlic
✅4 tblespn water
✅2 tblespn olive oil
✅1 tspn paprika
✅Pinch salt .
I also added cumin but wouldn't recommend
