I've been utterly exhausted these last few days!
I did manage to get a workout in yesterday, but it was ugly.
I mean, really ugly.
😫I was so tired, so weak.
I barely had the strength or energy to even get ONE push up in! I spent sometime face down on the mat, just TRYING to find my strength.
By the time I got towards the end of my workout, I was ready to cry.
I wanted to quit!!! I was so done, but my workout wasn't.
I didn't quit. I finished my workout. It may not have been pretty. It may not have been the best workout I've done, but I gave all of the little (very little) energy I had & did the best I could do at the time. 😎Today will be better. I will have more energy. I will still do my best & give it all I've got.
We aren't always going to FEEL like doing the things we need to do.
We have to do them anyway or we'll never reach our goals.
That's one of the reasons I love my groups. Support &accountability. Even when we don't feel like doing our stuff, there's someone there to hold you accountable and push you when you need it.
We all need a little help now & then!
