Bunna Yefela Bunna!! Ethiopian homage to coffee ☕️ is something ornate, and always beautifully ceremonial. The Ceremony is usually conducted by a woman dressed in the traditional Ethiopian costume of a white dress with colorful woven borders (Habesha Kemis). The roasting of the coffee beans is done in a flat pan over a tiny charcoal stove, 1st gently washing the coffee beans, then once on the pan, it's stirred till the beans have turned black and shining and the aromatic oil is coaxed out of them... then it's ground ready to brew.... you can almost smell the aroma in this picture... it's just heavenly!!!! And we say Bunna Yefela Bunna!!!
